Coach Lauren and Coach Mateo keep their on-deck coaching simple, straight forward, and engaging.
We guarantee you'll leave this weekend experience having improved in all three disciplines. You will know what to do after the weekend is over to sustain the progress you've made and how to continue to grow and evolve as an athlete.

6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Swim session at Columbus North Athletic Club
Saturday, February 25:
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Swim session at Columbus North Athletic Club
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Indoor cycling session at Energy Lab in Hilliard
6:30 PM (TBC*) Camp dinner and special Mental Resilience Q & A with Mateo and Lauren
Sunday, February 26:
9:00-10:00 AM Run session at Westerville Sports Complex (park at Westerville Rec Center)
2:00 PM-3:30 PM Swim session at Columbus North Athletic Club
About The Coaches:
Coach Lauren and Mateo have over 50 years of coaching experience between them. Mateo Mercur is the Top North American coach for Tri Sutto. Lauren Vallee is a USAT Level II coach and the head coach of Valiant Endurance.

Pricing
Valiant Endurance Athlete Price: $575
Central Ohio Triathlon Club Member Price: $650
Non-Valiant Athlete / Public Price Price: $750
Payment plans are available if needed.
This camp is appropriate for athletes who can successfully and safely swim at least 300 yards freestyle without stopping, has their own bike and bike trainer, and is fit enough to run for 20 minutes without stopping.
All athletes must be in good health and agree to sign a waiver on day 1 of camp.
