2025 Cozumel Elite Camp

Come get a break from winter in beautiful Cozumel, Mexico. Home to Ironman and Ironman 70.3 Cozumel, this small island off the coast of Mexico is an incredibly accessible training ground for those wanting a break from the ice and cold of winter.

Dates: February 7th - February 16th If you can't make the entire time, there are options to train for any number of days through that week. For pricing, please email lauren@valiantendurance.com.

Areas of Focus: This camp will have a heavy focus on swim technique and open water swimming with a swim scheduled every day. Cycling and running workouts will be the second workouts of the day and, the best news, if you don't want to bring your bike with you, you can leave it at home and have an option run workout instead of any bike sessions listed. 

We will also do strength workouts and mobility workouts throughout the week. 

If you need help with your bike fit, swim technique, or nutrition, there will be plenty of time for one-on-ones with our coaching staff.

This camp is for more advanced athletes who can swim 3k without challenge, have open water swimming experience and must be able to change a flat on their bike. We will have access to bike mechanics. 

Costs: 10 day full camp is $875. This includes all coached sessions.
